Housing Programs
Public Management, Inc. provides services
to assist the financing and management of housing rehabilitation programs
and in the development of affordable housing. Public Management can
help in securing financing for infrastructure improvements to accomodate
the development of affordable housing.
Housing Rehabilitation
The purpose of this program is to assist
qualifying households by providing financial assistance for the rehabilitation
of their flood damaged residential structure. The focus of the rehabilitation
work performed is to provide qualified housing units in accordance with
the Texas Minimum Rehabilitation Standards, as well as all applicable
local codes and ordinances.
This program is operated in accordance
with all applicable rules and regulations of HUD, the Local Community,
and Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA).
